I'm sure you'll find a home for this herbaceous species........ just a pity that herbaceous perennials run a severe risk here of being dug up when "someone" is planting bulbs !

Hi I'm new to this forum. 
I'm not sure what is the protocol to get the seeds but I'm interested. I looked up this plant on google and I realized, it naturally grows in my area yet I have never seen it! I'm a bit of a perenial plant collector, hence known as pmm (perenial mission man) I enjoy growing  here in my zone 3 wind swep Calgary 1/2 acre lot  plants from seeds (including trees) from around the world and all the way from zone 9. 
What do I have to do to get the seeds?
