Can anyone supply me with the seed of Omphalodes nitida and instructions on growing the same?

I should look before I leap. According to the RHS Dictionary it is a synonym for O. lusitanica, comes from Spain and Portugal and is a perennial, 1-2 ft in height, blue flowers, for cool shady places. Sounds nice. It is listed on the Bio Index as nitida but not as lusitanica.
