Salvia indica
« on: November 28, 2009, 07:45:52 PM »
I have some spare seeds of this rare species which is the most beautiful sage I have ever seen.
I am looking for seeds of geophytes which I can grow in Israel.
If you are interested, please send me a PM.

Some information about this species:
A perennnial plant which reaches a height up to 150 cm. The flowers are unique and large (about 3 cm each).
This species requires full sun and sharp drainage. After flowering the plants need very little moisture (it should be watered regularly again from September-October).
I don't think it will survive under -5C.
