Snowdrops on BBC Radio Ulster

Last night I had a dream that Cherry and Julie from BBC Radio Ulster's Gardener's Corner came to visit me in February to record a piece on Crocus. When I got up I thought about emailing them and asking them to come for  visit but I never did so.

What a surprise I got when I had a phone call from Julie this evening asking if I'm free on Monday to talk to me about snowdrops. :o Not interested in the Crocus. :'(

The recording will go out on Saturday January 30th. The programme starts at 9am

Never sure if the plural of Crocus is Crocus, Crocuses or Croci. Plural with double s sound would normally be Crocus'. Shouldn't it?

One mistake though but no-one will notice. I always thought Fieldgate Prelude was a hybrid. The leaves are so unlike elwesii.

No problem but I listen to BBC Radio3 all the time so I have installed their Player.  Listen Again works only for 1 week after the original airing.  What we can't get are BBC TV broadcasts and the Play Agains.

The initial idea was to talk about all the snowdrops I had selected but they arrived late and the setting sun waits for no presenter
