I hope everyone going to this show tomorrow will have a great day out.... take plenty photos and post them to the Forum to share with those of us who cannot be there
John, Bill and all the Glasgow Gang will be looking forward to a good show, I'm sure.... have fun, everyone!
VENUE: Milngavie Town Hall, Main Street, Milngavie, Glasgow
LOCATION: 9 miles NW of Glasgow on the A81. The Town Hall is near the
town centre, opposite the car park for Milngavie railway station.

Just back from the Glasgow show. Here are a few general views. Ian Young was busy with his camera so Maggie will have some work to before posting. The food was up to the usual high standard as the pictures show. Off to watch Dr. Who now !!!

A few more. As I have said already there should be a lot more pictures to come from the number of cameras in operation at the show.

I have just finished preparing well over a hundred pix from the show, taken by Ian .... but I have work at the BBC tomorrow and I'm too tired tonight, so I'll post them another time!

Sebaea thomasii, Zaluianskya , Rhododendron 'Wren'
Trillium grandiflorum roseum, Saxifraga, Primula 'Kusum Krishna'
Erythronium, Prinula elissae, Ptreridophyllum racemosum
The award for three pans rhododendron was won by this handsome trio from Stan Da Prato..... from left..'Shamrock' 'Wee Bee' and 'Razorbill'

I'd have called this plant Daphne gemmata.... shows how much I know
In fact, because it has five petals and not four, it is Wikstroemia gemmata...
