Wisley Log 9 of 2010
« on: May 14, 2010, 02:25:42 PM »
New Wisley log loaded now and what is the first plant featured?
the gloriously red Androsace bulleyana.... which happened to feature in the display at the Aberdeen SRGC Show last year from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh!
The Show is tomorrow.... I wonder if the plant will be included in the display for this year?
Looking forward to relaxing with the log some time next week.... you folks will likely be able to enjoy it now!  8)

Update from this year's RBGE display at Aberdeen..... Androsace bulleyana was not included..... Elspeth told me that this year's plants have not grown on very well, they're a bit stunted so she didn't bring any.
