Grow it outdoors - in pure peat - feed it (15-4-14 , 5% sulfur) - then.......
edit by Maggi : leaving this Lewisia thread here because of the great Rhodos growing around Jens' giant tweedyi!

So your peaty soil or pure peat with feeding is obviously the right answer for Lewisia tweedyi. I'll try my most recent seedlings in a new spot.
