Now home and pondering where I am going to put all those many many little bulbs (including many coals-to-Newcastle narcissi). It was lovely to meet the other forumists - see you all again in two years time, I hope!

I was surprised when I got home to find a very tall "drumstick" in a pot of what I vaguely thought was some sort of Colchicum (no label - I'd noted the name but hadn't checked my notebook - and I'd only noted the amount of leaves). An Ornithogalum saundersiae just few centimetres shorter than me!

Do I take it that serious numbers of £GB were spent?

I went Ice skating, sowed seeds and potted some junos, -that was a lot less expensive  :D

One of my purchases from the bulb sale is labelled "Narcissus stacueni" - any ideas what it might be?
