Narcissus ID confirmation sought

Friends, new Member "BrooklynGirl" , Lola, asks if we can give a confirmation of the ID ofthese narcissus pictured in the wild on a Greentours trip to Iberia and Morocco in late Feb/March ( where she met Anne Wright)

Here are 2 pics she's  not sure about........

Narcissus assoanus x N. panizzianus, Spain   ??
Narcissus assoanus x N. panizzianus, west of Ronda,Spain ??

Welcome BrooklynGirl.  There was a tornado that blew through Lola's neighborhood last night.

I hope so, too, Arnold.... Lola's last email came through to me timed about 3am this morning, UK time, so we know she was fine then

That would be a most unusual cross.  If I had not seen the name I would have said it is Narcissus rupicola but perhaps it is straight N assoanus?   The close up shot with small flowers and BIG leaves adjacent is definitely of two different species!  We need AnneW or Rafa to give definitive answer.

Thanks Arnold and others for your concern. We're fine here, no damage in our garden or to our house but down the street a huge limb of an oak came down blocking someone's front door, and other trees on the street were injured. Prospect Park has suffered many, many tree losses.
   It passed through as quickly as it came, and with great violence.
from Lola, where most bulbs are safely underground, except for a lovely little pink Tritonia that survived unscathed.

Welcome BrooklynGirl, glad to hear that the effects of the storm were minimal.
You do see the natural cross between N assoanus and N panizzianus around Ronda in Andalucia (it has been given the name Narcissus x chistopheri), but there is usually a huge variation from the positively horrid through to the highly desirable. The population illustrated by your second picture is just a little too uniform for me to suggest hybrid. So, I would go with Tony in suggesting that this is simply N assoanus - and simply a lovely little daff!!

I think you've got a typo, David....christopheri is correct, I think.
