I suppose you could call me an overly-critical little breeder  ;D

My guess in Madelaine, Greenfield/s and Greenteeth would be very much cheaper at the Gala. The big question has to be why bid so high for Greenfield/s

Indeed. Ruth Birchall gave me it and so it's a reminder of her for me, and it's a nice enough little snowdrop, but no crowd-stopper.

People, we went through all this "why why why" stuff last year.... surely it is clear that some people have a lot of disposable income and are prepared to spend it on snowdrops on Ebay..... let's not take up more forum space with this discussion... I am sure there is little new to say on the matter.

Anyone see what 'Madelaine' sold for in the end? I have an article on snowdrops to write for the Daily Mail Weekend Magazine and might use it as recent ebay snowdrop fever tale.

Let us know when it's going to appear Martin. Not that I could force myself to buy the Daily Mail though! :P

A nearby small supermarket has the newspapers near the checkouts...... an average queue should be long enough to find article and read it.... free!!  ;D :-X ;)
