Speaking from experience, it is a relief to get your wife home and she will benefit from her home surroundings.  Not only that, her mental attitude will improve.  She will also enjoy the sight of you doing a lot of the housework including ironing !

Cliff, is it a kind of horizontal get-well-wishing-well well you show us?

Thanks again, Folks.

She's home now, so will see these best wishes later today hopefully (too tired last night).

Maggi, isn't there something slightly creepy about a hamster wearing little bunny slippers? ;D

Cliff, that pic is gorgeous.  I'm assuming it one of your own pics?  Not your garden?  I SO want to visit that place, it just looks so cool and inviting.  I could just feel my shoulders relax just looking at it.  I wonder if it would work as a desktop?
Cheers.

Gee Maggi, you're a whiz with the camera.  Can't say I've ever thought of Ian as cute before..... but now?  :P

Well, in the past there have been doubts about my photographic talents.... difficulty holding the camera still while I chat etc.... but for Yvonne I made a special effort..... and I think Ian is VERY cute!
Lesley will agree with me on this, I'm sure  :D

I took that shot at the beautiful Stonecrop Garden and Nursery in New York State ... one of the marvellous horticultural creations of the legendary Frank Cabot who sadly passed away this week.  We were so fortunate to be taken there by Anne Spiegel (Astragalus) during our NARGS Lecture Tour last year.  A must see garden if you are ever within travelling distance.
