Mine too! I sowed some mixed Narcissus spp seeds from Brian Duncan this year and they're coming up like hairs on a dog's back!  8)

Hello, I'm new here so I could be in the wrong place, I was looking for a "Newbie" thread but couldn't find one. Sorry if it's wrong.
I found this site when I was looking for info about mini cyclamen and it looked so bright and cheerful with many lovely photos, so I was drawn in! If it's ok I may have to ask a question about my cyclamen later. I love flowers but am not a good gardener, but willing to learn  :)

Dee,

Here's the "Let me introduce myself" topic..... http://www.srgc.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=12.0

Not easy to find, I just did a search based on my memory of the name of the topic, which for a change was correct.  ;D

Welcome to our forum!!  I hope you have a wonderful time. 8)
Cheers.

Can't find a happy nervous concerned worried thread, so the 'I'm so happy thread' will have to do.
Mell set off on her month long trip to the himalayas today. I'm so happy she's going and jealous at the same time. Just know I wouldn't be able to do it though. She's been very nervous and quiet last couple of days but I'm sure she'll have a great experience.
The longest she's been away, Mum and Dad nervous but excited. I don't suppose there will be any plant pictures though.

Oh Mick, I can quite believe that you and Mandy are feeling quite mixed up about Mell's trip... it's a long time away. Great opportunity for her to make such an adventure though and think of how wonderful it's going to be when she gets home! I hope she has a really wonderful time.

She'll be just fine Mick. Wonderful to have such opportunities while still young and great to do it before she's old and her knees get cranky. ???

It always baffled me that they called this comic "News of the World", but at last it is going. http://www.dawn.com/2011/07/07/britains-scandal-hit-news-of-the-world-to-shut.html No doubt, like the phoenix, another dreadful rag will rise from the ashes.
