I think that Sophie Fish ( though Emma is a very nice name, we are getting used to Sophie Fish!!)  is going to the gala in England whereas Gerd and Arne (and Thomas?)  are going to the German Gala......??? ::)
So sad if this wonderful meeting is not complete!

Is it that the bone must be taken out to eat... boneless ??  desheusar is new for me....

Yes Maggi ,

In Mallora we have eaten : Paella for blind people -this means : without bones ,mules without a shell ....

Pollo deshuesado a la plancha :
this is a special meal in northern Argentina ( maybe also in other countries )
my wife has learned it there and I prefer it really ....sorry but I have not a pic - you have come to Mahlberg in summer for barbeque so you can taste it .....

they eat sheep only in the south ( Patagonia ) - in the north we eat Bife de Lomo, Pollo ,Truite ,Cabrito....
