I think, if I was to criticize anything, I was disappointed with the quality of the paper it was printed on, finer paper would have meant better looking reproductions.

I often find myself searching on SRGC to see if there are photos of snowdrops not in 'snowdrops 1' so I am very happy to have 500 more reference pics all in one easy to find place.   8)  





(the picture of 'Hans Guck in die luft" doesn't look right to me

I wasn't going to say anything due to the disclaimer on page 5 "While the utmost care has been taken with the names in this book, some degree of discourse is inevitable".  But thought it worth mentioning in case anyone is attempting a comparison.

This is not a pure G.elwesii ( like Grumpy and similar ) it is a hybrid between G.elwesii X G.plicatus

It is  nice  :) and a good grower is even better ;D
