Great to see your write up John and a reminder of how nice Benington Lordship is at this time of the year, I can vouch for the fact that those long borders are amazing later on in the summer.  Looks like you all had a great time.

....wearing the same clothes as last week....

If we need a new set of clothes for every snowdrop event we attend, then I am in big trouble.

I should not confess this as it gives away my age BUT the leggings I am wearing are from the FIRST time leggings were around over 20 years ago.....just with longer elastic in them  :)  Beat that for old!

Emma, I loved your trousers and would love a pair like that myself for days like today

Emma, Jennie, Charles, Art, John, Richard

Enjoying your travels.  it appears you all had a marvellous time at Benington Lordship and hope you've each landed some wonderful new acquisitions.  It is rather surreal to see you all wandering around these magical spots with green grass and snowdrops while here just getting to the greenhouse across a sheet of ice is a challenge. I swear next year we'll come back for a good smattering of events and those cakes.

On to the next event, who's next, John going to the continent?

Spent the day repotting nasty Primula allioniis and to be sure the next month getting them cleaned up.

Then I better not horrify the whole forum by telling you when Ian's waterproof kit was last washed, Emma  ::)     Not quite before pandas became endangered, but near enough!

He says the rain cleans them

What a dreadful thought Emma, you'll get drummed out of the brownies.  I shall be wearing my warm stuff again today as we have snowdrop lunch visitors, and I can't afford anything new as I bought some lovely things at the Gala ;D
