Thanks John for a wonderful blog. You certainly got about this season and it has been great to share in your visits via the blog. I can't wait until next year.
David Quinton passed away on Monday 2nd July, 2012.
His posts remain as a reminder of his friendship.

p.s.  the cake picture....  Someone forget to get forks so it was eaten using 'credit cards' as spoons!   ;D

I suppose the credit cards were no use anymore. They would have all been at their limit.

Boy I really would have loved to go to an event like that. And like you said Maggie with a really large suitcase to fill.

I think i managed to eat my body weight in cake during Febuary  8)

I have thoroughly enjoyed this blog John - how sad that is the end  :'(
Think I will go back to the beginning and enjoy it all over again.

The German festival looks fantastic with so much temptation.
