snowdrops for a bereavement charity

I have been asked to find out who can supply quantities of woronowii, elwesii monostictus, plicatus and Viridapice. The choice of bulbs was mine. I need a source that can be trusted and dont want nivalis supplied as all above as we see in UK garden centres

It's for a child bereavement group over here who plant Galanthus in memory of still birth and very young children. These are planted in an 1800s graveyard

The group is called the Pregnancy Loss and Paediatric Bereavement Team.

They have been buying very poor quality pots of snowdrops which are not doing very well.

Thanks Natalia. Dormant bulbs in summer would be OK.

I'm going to suggest to the group that 100s of each bulb is too big and maybe go for under 100 of each. 50 would be easier to work with. I'll probably have to pot them and give the pots to the group in February.

Mark - looks like you are well on the way. I was going to suggest contacting Lincoln green snowdrops, they appear to be a wholesaler that supplies my local garden centre. A couple of years ago bought a pot of viridapice which were nice and robust and growing well. Also had elwesii and woronowii. However this year the same garden centre had a similar selection but the plants looked in poor health, weak and spindly. Perhaps the pots had been frozen solid in the december freeze?
