I am told that Augis  Bulbs' website is infected by a rather nasty virus so I advise only contacting Eugenijus Dambrauskas by email if you have it.
Avoid the website !

The warning came from me, it is serious and I didn't know there were other problems with his website. For a while, it's best not to try it - maybe until we can get a confirmation that everything is OK.
In case it happens again - there is a sort of virus that pops-up  when clicking on the website address (with audio warning) - shut off your computer immediately from the power source.
Trying to shut off the regular way is not working and you're wasting time - the longer you remain connected to the internet the worst.
When you start again the computer, use the safe mode and  through your security software wipe out all the privacy files (so-called) and after that run a complete security scan.

Does anyone know if Eugenijus Dambrauskas (Augis Bulbs) is likely to be selling in 2018? He sorted out his Web Site problem that was referred to in the post above this but has not made entries to it.

My Lilium x Testaceum arrived on Friday, along with a few other goodies. This is the first time I have seen this cultivar (which dates back to the early 1800s) available, so I jumped at the chance. Bulbs looked very healthy - so good that I risked raising a couple of scales from each of them.

My fritillarias arrived last Saturday.

I planted them the same day. Though I do not have special experience with Fritillarias, I can report that all bulbs were tight and white, no dry or rotten scales (is this the right expression for German "Zwiebelschuppen"?).
The root basis was easy to recognize and the bigger bulbs, f.i. F. stenandera 'Cambridge' had already some thick roots. I had also ordered 20 mixed seedlings of F. crassifolia ssp. curdica and found 23 in the bag.

I'm very content and hope that the Fritillarias will love my garden .  .  .

Today my parcel arrived, I´m baffled by the number of bonus bulbs added. I´ve never met with such generousity!

I got a few surprise bulbs too, such a generous tradesman, would definitely like to buy from him again, but there is a note on his site saying he can only send within the EU...  and Brexit is now on the horizon folks ...  I didn’t vote for it!
