The Dolomites
« on: August 19, 2007, 03:01:12 PM »
I have only just got round to sorting out my pictures from a holiday Pam and I had in the Dolomites.
We were there for 7 days from June 30 and had some interesting and diverse weather conditions to cope with. Our trip this year was 2 weeks later than last so many of our favourites including gentians were in short supply except much higher up but the variety was fantastic

here are a few pictures

I love that white saxifrage Ian, so well flowered it would look good on the showbench.
