Now renamed as Oziroe biflora rosea.
This was Chionodoxa but is now Scilla luciliae Valentine's Day, only a week late.

I think there's a mixup here.  The name Scilla bifolia is still OK, in all its colour forms (phew!).
Scilla biflora is now Oziroe biflora.  Oziroe is a South American genus.

Many thanks.

Janis,

I can see why, with the lovely dark stem in combination with those beautiful striped flowers.  The flowers themselves remind me of Scilla tubergeniana (syn mischtschenkoana), but taller and with that wonderful dark stem.  Very nice, and new to me.  Thanks.

And thanks to all the others posting.  Some wonderful Scilla in here, that is for sure.  So many to choose from. 8)
Cheers.

Min winter temp -8 or -9°C. Max summer temp 40°C. Thankfully, maybe once or twice a year only.
