A very seedy speaker!!

That will be very hard to resist Maggi. By the way, following a "Sugar is Poison" programme on TV on Sunday (not called that, but that was the general message), I've decided to omit it from my diet so far as possible for a few weeks and see what happens. Lost 1 kg in less that 48 hrs! Yet I eat very little sugar as such, None on cereal, tea, coffee so no biscuits, cake, choc, deseeerts but it's impossible to avoid it in things like bread and most cereals to some extent. It's there in the fine print. I'm really hot on apples though at the moment.

 Sounds terribly sensible , Lesley... but this concerns a four letter word that I vow never to use

Thanks Maggi. I'm not being too serious about it in case it all turns to custard - another word I shouldn't use, but any kilo gone is a good kilo, if you see what I mean.
