Scilla sibirica Berghill
« on: March 19, 2012, 04:14:09 PM »
This rather nice form of Scilla sibirica has appeared in our garden. It first grew last year and I  thought perhaps it just went this way as the flower faded, but it seems to start out  white with the blue stripe. After taking advice from a Bulb grower it seems that there would not be a market for this variation so I feel free to post a picture of it. Oh and thanks to Rob Potterton for his help on this.

Just two bulbs at present, one in my possession and one given to someone to keep alive for me if I fail.
