This was a new addition to the rock garden this year. I was told that it would be perfectly hardy here and that it would form an almost bonsai like bush. It did form a small bush, I guess, all that is shown in the picture is from one stem. Only one side of the plant bloomed though. Very strange.
I have seed from it if anyone is interested.
