Ligularia przewalskii?

Hi Everyone,

I was shown a rather crispy specimen of a plant and asked if I knew the identity of it.  I have tentively gone for Ligularia Przewalskii or one of its' cultivars.  Can anyone either confirm this identification or suggest a different ident please.

The first picture is the specimen I was shown, the second a plant growing at Arley Hall which was unfortunately not labelled but which I think is the same plant that I was asked to identify.

Hi Susan,
I believe that you are right with Ligularia przewalskii. The difference of the leaves has puzzled me many years ago untill I understood that this perennial is nowadays only grown by seed.
In my younger years we knew only one form which was propagated in the vegetative way.
This form had leaves in between of those on your pictures.
