Iris magnifica?
« on: September 29, 2012, 11:50:59 PM »
Grown this from seed - supposedly graeberiana - and it's flowering for the first time, but we suspect it might be magnifica. Can anyone confirm it for me please?

Thanks, Otto, I'll go and change its label tomorrow. May also try it out in the garden alongside bucharica which is doing quite nicely in the sun under my front window. Then I shall be perusing the upcoming seedlists for graeberiana again!
Ann and I hope to see you in February too - the more the merrier!

I've had the same iris Doreen, as graeberiana, 3 times now but all the white magnifica and magnificent it really is, but it would be good to get the right plant now and then.

Otto that is great news that you are coming over for the Study Weekend. It wouldn't be the same without you. :D
